Fortified castle

Sedan is a city known for its famous football team. Its castle-fortress (chateau fort) is the largest in Europe. You can discover its history through the Historium: a museum tour with various reconstructed scenes of castle life. Audio commentary available in Dutch, German, English and French, make it possible to explore the castle at your own pace. In May, there is an outdoor medieval exhibition and in summer you can watch chivalry tournaments.
